+ Generally serves as lead writer, content creator and project lead for HR Recruitment and Retention activities. + Develops and leads execution of program components that support the goals and priorities of the University it relates to recruitment and retention. Maintains relationship with key leadership in important job categories (nursing, labs, pharmacy, call center, etc.), attends important meetings, monitors health care/human resource publications, and takes other steps to stay current with what is happening within the fields of health care retention and recruitment. Under limited direction and policy guidance, with moderate latitude for exercise of independent judgment:Ĭommunications Strategy and Service-line Support + Serves as a subject-matter expert for HR Recruitment and Retention across the University, especially as it relates to the clinical environment (SMH and URMC Ambulatory outpatient locations).
